We provide 3 levels of service:

   1. FIND ASSESS NEGOTIATE  Full briefing, search for property, assessment, negotiate sale.
 

  2. ASSESS NEGOTIATE    Where client finds property, but requires value advice and assistance in negotiating a sale.
   
     3. NEGOTIATE    Where client finds property & OK with value, but requires negotiation to sale.

Fees vary depending on the level of service you require.
